Sign in and open My Profile. Enter your key in Activate License Key. A valid unused key activates or extends the matching product subscription.
02Where can I download the loader?+
After activation, open Downloads from the navigation or your profile. The page shows the available download, archive password and a setup video when one is configured.
03How can I check product availability?+
Open Status to see each service’s availability, version and last update time. Check the product requirements before purchasing or installing.
04Can I move my license to another PC?+
Open Hardware ID Reset in your profile. You need an active subscription and available reset credits. Your current credit balance is shown beside the reset button.
05What should I do if I need help?+
Use Contact or join our Discord community. Include the product name and the exact error message so the team can investigate. Never share your password or license key publicly.
