These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you, the customer, and RuzySoft ("we", "us", "our"), governing the use of the RuzySoft website, account dashboard, loader services and downloadable digital products, including their content. Your use of our website, and purchase, download or use of our products, constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase, download or use our products.
1.1 Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
To access account-based services, you must register, provide truthful information when requested and be at least thirteen (13) years old. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your location, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details and license keys secure.

1.3 User Content

1.7 Our Products
Use outside a product’s intended purpose is at your own risk. Access requires an active license for the relevant product. Each license is intended for one personal device unless the product description states otherwise. Device identifiers may be used to verify activation.
You may request a device reset through support when transferring to another device. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you agree to the reset. If RuzySoft permanently ceases operations, requests concerning unused subscription time will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
1.8 Authentication
Tampering with the client to bypass security or license checks, or reverse engineering in breach of applicable law or these terms, may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve available legal remedies. This restriction does not override rights that cannot be excluded by law.
1.9 Our Service
The website and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features and services, temporarily or permanently, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free storage and delivery of information. Data handling and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
1.10 Copyright & DMCA Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used unlawfully, contact us through the RuzySoft support center. Where a DMCA notice or similar copyright procedure applies, include:
- A description of the copyrighted work;
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- Your full contact information;
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, where applicable, made under penalty of perjury;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We may request proof of ownership or clarification. Incomplete notices may require additional information before they can be assessed.
1.11 Third-Party Software Disclaimer
Third-party software, platforms and services have their own terms and policies. RuzySoft does not control them and does not guarantee compatibility or continued access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for issues arising from their use alongside our products.
1.12 Account Termination Policy
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for termination caused by a user’s breach, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
1.13 Export Compliance
You must not use our services in violation of applicable export controls or sanctions. Access is prohibited where providing the service would violate restrictions applicable to RuzySoft or the user.
1.14 Force Majeure
To the extent permitted by law, RuzySoft is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures or government action.
1.15 Copyright Ownership
RuzySoft branding, original code, design and original content are owned by RuzySoft or its licensors. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited, subject to applicable law and any license expressly granted.
1.16 False Copyright Claims
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright notices may violate applicable law. RuzySoft reserves available remedies against bad-faith claims or misrepresentations of copyright ownership.
2.0 Applicable Law
Subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable laws, these terms and disputes concerning the service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our servers are hosted. Any jurisdiction or venue provision applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove non-waivable rights you have in your place of residence.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RuzySoft and the user regarding use of the service and supersedes prior written or oral statements on that subject, subject to any separate agreement expressly made with you.
