RuzySoft ("we", "us", "our") sells digital subscriptions that provide immediate access to our software and private community. Because our products are intangible and access is granted instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is limited. Please read this page carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds — General Rule
All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-usage, partial usage, or dissatisfaction after purchase. Once you have logged into our software and accessed your subscription, the full value of your purchase has been delivered and you are not eligible for a refund.
We strongly encourage you to review our product pages, read customer feedback, and reach out to our team on Discord with any pre-sale questions before completing a purchase.
Exceptions — When We May Issue a Refund
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Service inaccessible at time of purchase — our software was completely non-functional due to a verified issue on our end and you never gained access.
- Permanent shutdown — in the event RuzySoft permanently ceases operations, refunds for unused subscription time will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Temporary downtime, game updates, anti-cheat patches, or detection events do not qualify as grounds for a refund. Our software operates in an inherently volatile environment and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, open a ticket in our Discord server with the following information:
- Your RuzySoft account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- Your payment method (card, crypto, etc.)
- A clear description of the issue
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Crypto Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. If you pay with crypto and your subscription activates successfully, no refund is available under this policy except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please double-check the amount and address before sending.
