1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how RuzySoft collects, uses and protects information and the choices available to you.
1.2. It applies to visitors and users of the RuzySoft website, account services and associated loader licensing services.
2. Information We Process
- Account information: email address, username, account role and status, registration and sign-in records;
- Authentication information: a one-way password hash, hashed session and reset tokens, and hashed license or access keys. Passwords are not stored in plaintext;
- Device and technical information: IP address, hardware identifier (HWID), client version, connection timestamps and security events when you use protected loader services;
- Profile information: an avatar image and biography if you choose to upload or provide them;
- Transactions and support: selected products, cart contents, order and license records, support requests and messages;
- Community content: posts and replies you choose to publish;
- Agreement records: the date you accepted the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and the versions presented at registration.
If you choose to connect Discord, we may process the Discord account identifier and basic profile information returned by Discord for account linking. Discord authentication is optional and is handled subject to Discord's own terms and privacy practices.
3. Purposes of Processing
We use this information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide purchased licenses, process orders, respond to support requests, operate community features, detect misuse and maintain the service. Technical information helps us investigate errors and improve reliability. Password recovery uses your email address to deliver a reset link when requested.
4. Data Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. Certain order, support or security records may need to be retained for lawful obligations, disputes or fraud prevention.
Password reset links expire after 30 minutes and are removed when used. Expired reset records are removed during scheduled application cleanup. Security-event retention is configurable by the administrator; the default is 90 days. Cleanup runs when the administrator opens the panel and may therefore occur after the expiry date. Hosting logs and backups may follow the hosting provider’s retention arrangements.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the support center. We may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
The site uses cookies for account sessions and CSRF protection. Browser local storage is used to retain a guest cart and associated cart state. These functions support sign-in, request security and shopping. Clearing browser storage can remove your guest cart, and blocking cookies can prevent account features from working.
7. Your Choices and Contact
You can edit your profile and remove your avatar through your dashboard. For access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal requests where applicable, contact the RuzySoft support center. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or processing required for other lawful purposes.
